Regions Bank Shooting Leaves 4 Dead
Police Chief Billie Hughes says the shooting appears to be a domestic dispute. The gunman, Robert Lanham, entered the bank and confronted his former wife, loan officer Rachael Lanham. He shot a bank customer, James Fredrick Fayard, and bank employee Ronnie Larrimore before taking his wife and fleeing.
Lanham killed his wife and dumped her body along the road. He then shot himself in the head before his car crashed nearly seven miles south of McComb. Police say Racheal’s body was found along highway 51. Robert was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
