North Pointe Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:NPTE) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call March 28
A property and casualty insurance holding company, North Pointe Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:NPTE) will hold a conference call on Friday, March 28 at 11:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.
North Pointe Holdings markets specialty commercial and personal insurance products through its insurance company subsidiaries. The company targets undeserved policyholders due to the market size or potential policy holders operating characteristics. Small and mid sized restaurants, bars, taverns, small grocery and convenience stores, bowling centers, automobile repair facilities, artisan contractors and roller skating centers would be targeted by the company through its commercial lines segment.
The personal lines segment is involved in specialty homeowners insurance.
North Pointe acquired Capital City Holding Company in July 2007 and sold its Home Pointe Insurance Company in January 2008.
