Ashley Dupre Told Dad She was “In a Little Trouble” Before Spitzer Scandal Broke

Just days before the fall of New York Governor Eliot Spitzer the high-priced call girl that was at the center of his scandal had called her father and told him she was “in a little trouble.”

William Youmans, the father of Ashley Dupre, told the New York Post that his daughter called him on March 7 and told him she was in a bit of a bind but did not elaborate. It would be just a few days later that Youmans would discover his daughter also went by the name “Kristen” when she was working as a high-priced call girl for the Emperors Club VIP.

Youmans told the paper his daughter called him in tears and described her as being “really upset.”

When asked about what he thought of the situation the North Carolina resident said “Everyone makes mistakes, and this was a very large mistake. I love her tremendously and support her, but I am just in so much shock right now.”
