World. TelePlus is a local exchange
carrier providing long distance, landline and internet services in Canada under the brand names Telizon, Freedom,
Avenue and Liberty. Liberty Wireless Corp operates a virtual
wireless network to sell cellular network access to consumers and distributors
in the United States. Libery Wireless Corp operates under the
Liberty Wireless and MX Mobile brand names.
TelePlus World
products include prepaid and postpaid wireless, landline, long distance and
internet services. The company’s
wireless users are offered a variety of handsets and related accessories.
The company
acquired Maximo Impact Inc in June 2006.
