Centerstate Banks of Florida Inc (NASDAQ:CSFL) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 28

Centerstate Banks of Florida Inc (NASDAQ:CSFL) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on Friday, March 28.

CenterState is the bank holding company of First National Bank of Osceola County, First National Bank of Polk County, CenterState Bank of Florida and CenterState Bank West Florida.  The company offers a variety of consumer and commercial banking services for individuals, businesses and industries.

The company was active through four wholly owned subsidiary banks during 2006, with 30 banking locations in eight counties in central Florida.

First National/Polk and CenterState Bank, two of the company’s subsidiaries, merged with National Association, later renamed CenterState Bank of Florida in January 2006.

CenterState Banks of Florida Inc (NASDAQ:CSFL) acquired Bancorp Inc and Valrico State Bank, Valrico’s wholly owned subsidiary in April 2007.
