ABBA Drummer Found Dead after Suffering Cuts to his Neck

Ola Brunkert, the former drummer for Swedish mega-band ABBA, was found dead on Sunday evening at his house on the Spanish island of Mallorca.  

Police believe Brunkert’s death was an accident, saying the musician apparently hit his head on a glass door inside his house and shards of that glass cut his neck. Brunkert managed to wrap a towel around his neck and attempted to walk for help but collapsed in the garden.

The 62-year-old drummer had played on every ABBA album.
