Michelle Obama to Attend NBA Finals
The First Lady to Watch Exciting Game
According to a report from yardbarker.com, Michelle Obama will be attending Game 6 of the NBA Finals. If true, the First Lady will be somewhere at the Staples Center on Tuesday night to watch what may be the last game of the series. The Boston Celtics lead the series 3-2, but Game 6 and -- if needed -- Game 7 will be played in Los Angeles, so the Lakers are still definitely in this series. U.S. President Barack Obama is well-known for his appreciation of basketball; he even chimed in on the LeBron James free agency situation, saying at one point that the King would look good in a Chicago Bulls uniform (although later saying that it would be a great story if James would stay with the Cleveland Cavaliers). But Mrs. Obama also has some ties with the sport: her brother, Craig Robinson, is the head coach of the Oregon State Beavers.
