BeautySchools.edu Reports Empire Beauty Schools Opens New Location in Paramus, NJ

Situated in the Neptune Plaza at 322 Route 4 East is Empire Education Group’s newest cosmetology school in Paramus, NJ. The state-of-the-art beauty school marks the 98th location for the company—the largest cosmetology school system in North America.

The modern school boasts over 11,000 square feet including an elegant custom-built student salon. It also features professional equipment, professional products and high-end tools for new and enrolling students. In addition to visual teaching aides such as Whiteboard and Nxtbook technologies, the Paramus location offers hands-on training, as well as Empire’s unique and exclusive Certified Learning in Cosmetology (CLiC) curriculum. The company unveiled that the new school is licensed in the state of New Jersey and fully accredited through NACCAS—ensuring a quality and dedicated cosmetology education for future beauty professionals.

The school joins the company’s family of 97 Empire Beauty Schools in 20 states, which offer an innovative approach to cosmetology education led by highly certified cosmetology educators. Empire Beauty Schools feature a comprehensive program and curriculum, and a dedicated program educating students on the business and marketing skills necessary to launch a beauty career and introduce students to the business-side of the industry such as managing or owning a salon or spa.

The new Paramus school will also benefit from Empire’s vast network of industry partners such as Regis and other beauty organizations and salons. Enrolling students will have the added security of nationwide career placement services, alumni association, community outreach programs and advanced educational opportunities for specialized training in Teacher of Cosmetology, Esthetics and Nail Technology.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics: Cosmetology is projected to grow 14% over the next decade, increasing faster than most occupations. The number of salons will only increase as cosmetology students graduate and open their own businesses. Forty-six percent of cosmetology graduates are self-employed.
