Aareal Bank AG (FRA:ARL) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on Friday, March 28.

An international real estate bank, Aareal Bank AG has clients in over 25 countries and branches in 15 European countries, the United States, Asia and South America.  The German based company’s clients include national and international property investors and are divided into two business divisions, structured property financing a consulting/services.

Structured property financing provides financing solutions for commercial and residential property, infrastructure, hotels and retail property through investment loans, construction phase loans and other structured products.

Consulting/services hands the bank’s outsourcing services such as property management, software solutions and automated large scale payment services.
