Two Female Middle School Teachers Arrested after Fighting in front of Students

Two female middle school teachers in Columbia, South Carolina were arrested Wednesday following a physical altercation in front of several students.

The fight between Tawana Horton, 30, and Cambrella Pinckney, 28, broke out after the two bumped into each other in a hallway at the St. Andrews Middle School. Students were in the middle of a class break and witnessed the two teachers exchange words before becoming physically violent.

According to police both women said the fight stemmed from an ongoing personal dispute.

Both Horton and Pinckney were charged with disturbing the school and have been placed on administrative leave.
