Air Industries Group Inc (OTC:AIRI) to Release Q4 2007 Earnings March 31

Air Industries Group Inc (OTC:AIRI) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on Monday, March 31.

Formerly Gales Industries Incorporated, Air Industries Group Inc is engaged in the manufactur of aircraft structural parts and assemblies for prime defense contractors in the aerospace industry in the United States through its wholly owned subsidiary, Air Industries Machining Corporatin (AIM). 

85% of the company’s revenues come from the sale of parts and assemblies for military applications.   Direct sales make up less than 8.5% of the company’s revenues.

AIM products are installed on Sikorky’s VH-3D (Marine One), the main presidential helicopter, and on Air Force One, Boeing’s 747-2000B for the President.

Air Industries acquired Sigma Metals Inc, a strategic metals distributor in Deer Park, Long Island, New York in April 2007.  The company also acquired Welding Metallurgy Inc in August 2007.
