A-Power Energy Generaton Systems Ltd (NASDAQ:APWR) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2007 on Monday, March 31.

Formerly China Enerchgy Technology Limited, A-Power Energy Generation Systems operates through its People’s Republic of China Subsidiary, providing and distributing power generation systems in China.The company is also involved in the development and commercialization of additional renewable energy technologies and has relationships with Tsinghua University and the China Sciences Academy in Guangzhou.

The company acquired Head Dragon Holdings Limited on January 18, 2008, which has a controlling interest in operating companies in the Peoples Republic of China.  Operation companies of Head Dragon include Liaoning GaoKe Energy Group Company Limited and Liaoning High-Tech Energy Sourcing and Thermoelectricity Design Research Institute.
