Britney Spears TV Appearance Boosts Ratings

Britney Spears’ appearance on the TV sitcom ‘How I Met Your Mother’ pulled in huge ratings. Nearly 10.6 million viewers tuned in to see Spears last night and made the CBS show the 4th highest rated of the evening.

The pop star played a receptionist for a dermatologist who Ted, played by Josh Randor, falls for. He is pursuing the dermatologist, but Spears’ character develops a crush on him.
