Nicole Spence Files Lawsuit Against Wendy Williams, Kevin Hunter

Nicole Spence, the talent broker for the Wendy Williams Experience in New York, filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Monday.

Spence, 27, claims that Williams' husband, Kevin Hunter, who does not work for WBLS-FM, created a hostile work environment after expressing several times that he want to "f**k her". She claims Williams not only allowed his sexual harassment tirades, but offered to take Spence shopping so she could dress like a "sexy little bitch," as her husband requested.

"Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to 'f**k' me," Spence claims.

The complaint is lodged against Inner City Broadcasting, owner of the radio station, and Williams. Hunter, who works as his wife's manager, is named in the papers as an alleged perpetrator of the harassment.

Spence also claims that Hunter, 33, physically attacked Williams, 43, in and near the radio station.

"In one instance," says Spence in her complaint, "Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head."
