Angiodynamics Inc (NASDAQ:ANGO) will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 2 at 4:30 pm to discuss the third quarter earnings for 2008.

A medical devices provider, AngioDynamics offers products for the use of minimally invasive, image guided procedures treating peripheral vascular disease (PVD).  The company is involved in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of therapeutic and diagnostic devices enabling interventional physicians for the treatment of PVD and other non-coronary diseases.

AngioDynamics products include angiographic products and accessories, dialysis products, vascular access products, venous products, thrombolytic products, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and drainage products.

4.1% of the company’s set sales during the year ended June 3, 2006, were in non-US markets.

The company acquired RITA Medical Systems Inc in January 2007.
