Involved in the provision of sales performance management (SPM) and enterprise incentive management (EIM) software systems, Callidus Software serves companies worldwide.  Its TrueComp Enterprise suite give companies the ability to access applicable transaction data, allocate compensation credit to employees and business partners, determine relevant compensation measurements, payment amounts and timing and report on compensation results.

The company’s TrueAnalytics software provides customers with the ability to analyze their incentive program effectiveness, allowing them to gain insight in driving greater sales performance. 

 Callidus acquired Compensation Technologies, involved in the provision of services for planning, implementing and supporting incentive compensation processes and tools, in January 2008.
