Forest City Enterprises Inc (NYSE:FCEA) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call April 2

Forest City Enterprises Inc (NYSE:FCEA) will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 2 at 1:00 pm to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.

Engaged in the ownership, development, management and acquisition of commercial and residential real estate properties, Forest City Enterprises operates within three business units. 

The company’s Commercial Group owns, develops, acquires and operates regional malls, specialty and urban retail centers, office and life science buildings, hotels and mixed use projects.

The Residential Group division owns, develops, acquires and operates residential rental properties, such as upscale and middle-market apartments, adaptive re-use developments and supported living communities.  It is also involved in the development of for sale condominium projects and owns, develops and manages military family housting.

The Land Development Group unit acquires and sells land and developed lots to residential, commercial and industrial customers.

The company acquired 60% interest in a 12.7 acre site, located in downtown Las Vegas, owned by Livework LLC.
