Energy Solutions, Inc. will host two informative webinars on Friday, July 9, 2010 and Tuesday, July 20, 2010 on the development and preparation of natural gas budgets. Topics discussed include the three primary budgetary cost components; a projected natural gas price outlook for 2011; the incorporation of current fixed price purchases into a natural gas budget; how to estimate utility and marketer costs; the calculation of pipeline basis; and why using history will likely result in budget variances.

Valerie Wood, President of Energy Solutions, Inc., and the webinar presenter, has more than two decades of experience in the natural gas industry and each year prepares numerous budgets for end-use businesses.  “In these webinars we will be sharing some of our budgeting secrets with end-use businesses to help individuals develop and implement a more accurate natural gas budget,” says Wood.  “We are also providing attendees with a sample budgeting template that Energy Solutions, Inc. utilizes with its consulting clients.  This template can ultimately be tailored to meet a company’s budgeting needs for upcoming and future fiscal years.”
