Kimora Lee Simmons has officially filed for divorce from husband, hip-hop pioneer and mogul Russell Simmons.
Kimora officially filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences.
Kimora has been dating actor Djimon Hounsou and she is rumored to be pregnant with Hounsou's baby.
Russell has been dating model Porschla Coleman. In recent reports, Kimora has voiced problems with Coleman, especially when Russell and Coleman are together with their children.
Kimora, 32, and Russell Simmons, 50, had been married for seven years, and have two daughters together: Ming Lee, 8, and Aoki Lee, 5.
Kimora is seeking legal and physical custody of the children, but requested that Russell be granted "reasonable child visitation ... accompanied at all times by the children's nanny and security personnel."
