He will report to the Company’s Chairman and CEO, Joe Plumeri, and will serve as a member of their Executive Committee. He will be responsible for all of the Company’s worldwide finance functions, including corporate accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and investor relations.
