Saizeriya Co Ltd (TYO:7581) will release the interim earnings for 2008 on Monday, April 7.

Headquartered in Saitama, Japan, Saizeriya Co is engaged in the restaurant business.  Combined with its subsidiaries, the company operates a chain of Italian wine and café restaurants under the Saizeriya name with 761 restaurants operational as of August 31, 2007.  The company also operates seven fast food restaurants under the Eat Run and Saizeriya Express names and 15 restaurants in Shainghia, China.

Saizeriya is also engaged in the processing of food ingredients and the delivery business.

The company is also involved in the arrangement of business trips and transportation, the sale of tickets, the planning of advertising business-related events and the provision of non-life insurance agency services, through its domestic subsidiary.

Saizeriya has four consolidated subsidiaries operating in Japan, Australia and China.
