Dawnay Day Treveria PLC (LON:DTR) will release the preliminary earnings for 2007 on Tuesday, April 8.

A property investment company, Dawnay, Day Treveria was formed by the Dawnay, Day Group to invest in the German real estate market, with a focus on retail assets.  The company’s investment criteria focus on acquiring income producing commercial retail properties on the high street and other primary locations in German provincial towns.  Most of the tenants are everyday goods retailers.

The company portfolio is managed externally by Dawnay Day Treveria Real Estate Asset Management Limited, providing real estate asset management and portfolio management services to Treveria
