Third Graders Suspended after Plot to Kill Teacher Uncovered

Nine third graders at Center Elementary School in Waycross, Ga. have been suspended after a plot to kill a teacher was uncovered.

A student at the school informed the principal of the plan and several students were discovered to be carrying steak knives and paper weights.

Police have said no charges would be filed against the students but they will likely face juvenile charges related to Unruly Child.
