The company is organized into two segments, equipment leasing and equipment manufacturing.  The equipment manufacturing is operated by the Seamap subsidiaries and is often referred to as the Seamap segment.

Equipment leasing is involved in the leasing of seismic date acquisition equipment to seismic data acquisition companies that conduct land, transition zone and marine seismic surveys worldwide.

The Seamap segment is involved in the design, manufacture and sale of numerous products used in marine seismic applications.
