Truckers Strike Begins

Truckers across America have gone on strike today to protest the rising price of diesel fuel. Independent truck drivers are expected to park their trucks for 3 days, which means companies that use them to deliver their products will fall behind on deliveries and orders.

Most truckers are paying at least $4.00 per gallon for diesel.

Truckers who don’t park their trucks say they will drive slowly to clog traffic in a bid to show their support for the strike.
