Williams, 56, and Filbert, 27, met six months ago through designer Tommy Hilfiger’s daughter Ally.
Although Marsha Garces Williams, Robin's wife of 19 years, filed for divorce on March 21, the Enquirer claims they have been living separate lives for over a year.
Filbert refused to deny she is dating Williams when asked by the tabloid. "I can’t comment on any of this stuff," said Filbert.
The relationship is long distance as Williams lives in San Francisco, while Filbert lives in Connecticut.
In other news, Williams hijacked a live BBC World Debate on Wednesday and performed an impromptu stand-up comedy show. The studio audience gave him a standing ovation and the BBC panel was in complete shock.
