Cogeco Cable Inc (TSE:CCA) will release the second quarter earnings for 2008 on Thursday, April 10.
Canada based, Cogeco Cable is a cable telecommunications company providing residential and businesses customers with analog and digital television, in addition to high speed interconnects (HIS) and telephony services. The company provided cable service to 849,157 customers, digital television services to 379,879 customers, HIS services to 415,836 customers and telephony service to 143,636 customers in Canada during the fiscal year ended August 31, 2007.
The company operates in Portugal through its subsidiary, Cabovisao and provided basic cable service to 294,003 customers, HIS services to 160,023 customers and telephony service to 243,131 customers.
Cogeco Cable acquired MaXess Networx in April 2008, the former telecommunications division of EnWin Energy Ltd.
