Radiohead to Perform Live at Liberty State Park in Jersey City August 9

Radiohead will be performing live at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey on Saturday, August 9 at 1:30 pm.

The English rock band from Oxfordshire, Radio head released their first single, “Creep” in 1992 and Pablo Honey in 1993.  The group is comprised of Thom Yorke (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, piano), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar), Ed O’Brien (guitar, backing vocals), Colin Greenwood (bass guitar, synthesizers) and Phil Selway (percussion).  Although “Creep” was initially unsuccessful, its second release a year later quickly became a worldwide hit.  The band’s popularity only increased with the release of The Bends in 1995.

Other Radiohead albums include OK Computer (1997), considered a landmark album of the 1990’s, Kid A (2000), Amnesiac (2001), Hail to the Thief (2003) and In Rainbows (2007).
