Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc (ACC) to Release Q3 2008 Earnings April 11

Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc (TSE:ACC) will release the third quarter earnings for 2009 on Friday, April 11.

Amica Mature Lifestyles is engaged in the management of 24 seniors residences across Canada.  The Amica Wellness & Vitality Residences consist of 3,345 suites, which include 1,371 suites under construction.  There are also 471 condominium units developed by Amica.  These residences provide seniors luxury and independent living.

The company is operated within two segments: management operations and ownership and corporate operations.  Management operations supervises all aspects of operations of the seniors’ residences on behalf of third party owners an those properties owned by the Company.  Ownership and corporate operations owns 100% of seven senior residences, 62.5% interest in on senior’s residence, 50% interest in two residences and has interests from 6% to 34% in thirteen seniors’ residences.
