eSun Holdings Limited (HKG:0571) to Release Preliminary 2007 Earnings April 11

eSun Holdings Limited (HKG:0571) will release the preliminary earnings for 2007 on Friday, April 11.

An investment holding company, the principal activities of the subsidiaries of eSun Holdings comprise the development and operation of and investment in media, entertainment, music production and distribution, the provision of advertising agency services, satellite television operations and sale of cosmetic products.  The company also develops a multiuse complex in Coati, Macau special administrative region.

Skymaster International Inc., a subsidiary of the company, holds 94.77% of issued share capital of Media Asia Entertainment Group Ltd, as of May 29, 2007.
