OMC Card, Inc (TYO:8258) will release the fourth quarter earnings for 2008 on Friday, April 11.
Based in Japan, OMC issues credit cards and provides cardholders with various services, including advance payment services, revolving payment services, loan services and other credit card related services. The company also provides insurance agency services, credit guarantee services, debt collection services and loan services for automobiles, education, houses and other purposes. OMC is also involved in the provision of real estate management services.
The company is headquartered in Tokyo and has 11 subsidiaries and two associated companies. The Daiei, Inc and Marubeni Corporation are OMC”s two parent companies.
OMC dissolved its Tokyo based wholly owned subsidiary on November 21, 2007. It transferred its tickets sales and real estate management business segments to another Tokyo based wholly owned subsidiary on January 1, 2008.
