Astral Media Inc (TSE:ACM) to Release Q2 2008 Earnings April 11

Astral Media Inc (TSE:ACM) will release the second quarter earnings for 2007 on Monday, April 11.

Based in Canada, Astral Media Inc is a media company with a focus on television, radio, outdoor advertising and interactive media.  The company broadcasts English and French pay and specialty television services.

Astral is involved in 20 licensed properties and invests in Canadian feature films.  Its wholly owned subsidiary, Astral Media Radio Inc, owns 82 radio stations in eight provinces and features the Energie, RockDetente, boom fm, EZ Rock, The Mix and The Bear brands. 

Another wholly woned subsidiary, Astral Media Outdoor, L.P., is an outdoor advertising company that has more than 7,500 faces in Quebec and Ontario.

In addition, the company operates over 70 websites offering a variety of products and services online.
