Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to Perform Live in Sunrise, Florida April 18

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be performing live at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida on Friday, April 18 at 7:30 pm.

Born on September 23, 1949, Bruce Frederick Jospeh Springsteen is the famed American singer, songwriter and guitarist who frequently toured with the E Street Band.  Known for his heartland rock brand of music infused with pop hooks, poetic lyrics and Americana sentiments, the artist’s eloquence in expressing every day problems has awarded him several awards, such as eighteen Grammy Awards and an Acadamy award.

Selling over 65 million albums in the United States alone, Springsteen’s more popular albums are Born to Run and Born in the USA.  His album, The Rising, is a reflection on the September 11, 2001 attacks.
