Robert Plant and Alison Krauss Tour to Heads to Brussels, Belgium for Show at Forest National on May 11

The Robert Plant and Alison Kraus tour will be staring up on April 19 with two shows in Kentucky and a pair of shows in Tennessee but the duo will eventually make their way to Europe and have scheduled a May 11 show at the Forest National in Brussels, Belgium.

After Plant and Kraus leave the States they will hit the UK for three shows beginning on May 5 and then travel to Dusseldorf, Germany where they will perform at the Philispshalle on May 10, the following night they will be in Belgium for the Forest National show.

After a series of shows in Europe the two will have another run of shows in the States, beginning with a stop in Roanoke, Virginia June 2.

Plant and Krauss announced they would be touring to support their Raising Sand album that was released on October 23, 2007. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart and was ranked #24 by Rolling Stone in their Top 50 Albums of 2007.

While Plant and Krauss are expected to play several of the songs off Raising Sand they will also perform many of their own singles from their catalog.

There has been a lot of speculation surrounding a potential Led Zeppelin reunion tour following the incredibly successful show they put on in December at the O2 Arena in London but the likelihood of that happening remains slim.
