Gander Mountain Co (NASDAQ:GMTN) to Hold Q4 2007 Earnings Conference Call April 15

Gander Mountain Co (NASDAQ:GMTN) will hold a conference call on Monday, April 15 at 9:00 am to discuss the fourth quarter earnings for 2007.  The company will be available of listening via webcast at investorrelations.gandermountain.com.

Operating a retail network of stores specializing in hunting, fishing, camping, marine and outdoor lifestyle products and services, Gander Mountain has a store base of 105 Gander Mountain outdoor lifestyle stores.  The stores provide 5.5 million square feet of retail space in 22 states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.  Gander mountain stores offer a variety of national and regional brands, in addition to the company’s owned brands.  Large format stores are between 50,000 to 100,000 square feet.

The company acquired Overtons, Inc from Linsalata Capital Partners in December 2007.
