An Indian baby with two faces is “doing well” one month after her birth. Doctors say Lali has an extremely rare condition called craniofacial duplication, where a single head has two faces. The condition causes serious health problems, but doctors say Lali is doing well.
“She is leading a normal life with no breathing difficulties,” said Sabir Ali, the director of Saifi Hospital.
Lali was born in the village of Sauni, which is 25 miles from New Delhi. Villagers have been worshiping the baby as they believe she is the reincarnation of a Hindu goddess.
