Olympic Swimmer Jenny Thompson Fights Off Robbers

Olympic gold medalist Jenny Thompson fought off would-be robbers Monday night just outside of Boston. Thompson says she was riding her scooter in Brookline when two men jumped out of a vehicle behind her, punched her in the face and tried to take the scooter.

Thompson, 37, refused to let go of the scooter and screamed for help. The men fled on foot. She suffered several cuts.
