City Worker in Inglewood, CA Dies after Falling into Wood Chipper
A city worker in Inglewood, California died on Tuesday after falling into a wood chipper while trimming trees.
The accident is being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and people who may have witnessed the accident are being sought.
The name of the city worker has not been released.
