"The Last Lecture" author Randy Pausch was featured on ABC Wednesday night in an interview about his book with Diane Sawyer.
"The Last Lecture" is a collection of lectures by Pausch, who was given just three to six months to live after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Pausch, a computer science professor at Carnegie Mellon University, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September 2006 and in August 2007, he was told that he had just three to six months to live.
"The Last Lecture" has become a bestseller and Pausch has received critical acclaim for his story and motivational book. Pausch has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, ABC's World News with Charles Gibson and was offered a small role in the upcoming Star Trek film after director J.J. Abrams found out he was a huge fan.
