Man Handcuffs Wife in Dog Cage After Wedding

28 year old Matthew George has been accused of handcuffing his wife in a dog cage shortly after their Las Vegas marriage.  Lt. Greg Boudreaux of Canton Police also states that that George fired gunshots inside his home.  The wife Mary Swihart was not hurt.

George was taken to Akron City Hospital after he was found in his car in Springfield Township on Sunday.  He was allegedly hospitalized after taking several pills.  A spokeswoman claims that the man was not at the Hospital on Monday.

Charges are pending for abduction, assault and domestic violence.
