Aker BioMarine ASA (OSL:AKBM) to Release Q1 2008 Earnings April 29

Aker BioMarine ASA, formerly Natural ASA, is a Norway-based company active in the aquaculture industry. It is primarily engaged in the development of high value added nutraceutical and aquaculture feed markets as well as the pharmaceutical markets. Aker BioMarine develops nutraceuticals (dietary supplements and functional foods) and provides nutraceutical applications of lipids, product development, intellectual property rights, research & development and product commercialization. Additionally, the Company is a significant surimi producer with harvesting operations in Argentina and the Faroe Islands with an annual production of over 25,000 tons of atlantic surimi based on the species Northern Blue Whiting, Southern Blue Whiting and Hoki.
