Jason Beghe Drops Scientology, Calls it ”Destructive and a Rip-Off”

Jason Beghe, Hollywood actor and star television dramas like “Criminal Minds” and “CSI,” has broken from the Church of Scientology and openly criticized the religion saying “Scientology is destructive and a rip-off.”

Beghe had been involved with the Church of Scientology since 1994 but after spending years studying and spending an exorbitant amount of money the actor now feels that the whole thing has failed to deliver.

In the interview Beghe says, “It’s very, very dangerous for your spiritual, psychological, mental, emotional health and evolution. I think it stunts your evolution. If Scientology is real, then something’s f---ed up."

Beghe was considered an “OT5” Scientologist, on par with other high-profile stars like Tom Cruise and John Travolta.
