Jessica Gibson, the nanny of Rob Lowe and wife Sheryl Berkoff, accused Lowe of sexual harassment on NBC's Today Show on Tuesday morning.
Gibson, 24, claims that Lowe sexually harassed her and he shoved his hands down her pants on several occasions. Lowe has said that Gibson has tried to extort $1.5 million from him in "hush" money.
Gibson denied Lowe's allegation, saying she never blackmailed the family.
Gibson's lawsuit also claims that Lowe constantly spoke to people about his sex life with Gibson and also grabbed her behind on occasion.
Lowe and wife Berkoff filed a lawsuit on April 7 against Gibson, accusing her of violating confidentiality agreements they signed when she was hired.
They also filed a lawsuit against their former nanny Laura Boyce, claiming she told secrets and lies about their family, and onetime family chef Peter Clements for the same offenses.
