Narconon Center Supports Stricter Guidelines For Oxy Contin

The Narconon Freedom Center, a drug rehab program in Albion, Michigan is in support of stricter guidelines for those taking Oxy Contin. Over the last few years the drug treatment facility has had a huge increase in the number of clients seeking treatment for addictions to this drug.

Oxy Contin is manufactured by Purdue Pharma and has been on the market since 1995. The paid medication has become more popular over the years with those ages 18-34 and is one of the number one most abused prescriptions on the market. What many don’t know about the drug is that it has the same addictive powers as street drugs such as heroin.
