Tiny Thief Robs Austrian Political Party

Officials claim the theif came in through a mail flap.

Someone broke into the headquarters of the ruling political party in Austria.  According to party officials, the thief got into the building by squeezing through a 35x35 cm mail flap.

 

Catherina Straub, Social Democrat spokeswoman, has stated, “It is such a tiny door for post and newspapers, he must have obviously been extremely small.”

 

She believes that the robber was not politically motivated and no sensitive data was stolen.  Missing items included laptops, mobile phones, notebooks and cash.

 

The thief has not been caught.
