Lodgian, Inc. (Lodgian) is an independent owner and operator of full-service hotels in the United States. The Company operates all of its hotels under brands, such as Crowne Plaza, Four Points by Sheraton, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Marriott and Wyndham.

As of March 1, 2008, Lodgian operated 46 hotels with an aggregate of 8,432 rooms, located in 24 states and Canada.
