A Yale Medical student was killed Saturday after being hit by a car on campus. A vehicle struck 27-year-old Mila Rainof as she was crossing the street near her York Street apartment. She was rushed to Yale-New Haven Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Rainof had a bachelor’s degree in art and a bachelor’s degree in science from Stanford University. She was in her fourth year of medical school and was set to begin her residency at the Alameda County Medical Center in California this fall.
