The Telecom Solutions Division consists of three segments: Wireline Products, Wireless/ original equipment manufacturers (OEM) Products and Global Services. On January 2, 2007, the Company acquired QoSmetrics S.A. On October 2, 2006, it acquired Timing Solutions Corporation.
