SuperCamp is one of the leading summer camps in the U.S. and worldwide. Its summer enrichment programs are unlike traditional academic summer camps and nothing like summer school. SuperCamp provides students with valuable life skills and learning skills in such areas as reading comprehension, creative thinking, problem solving, effective study habits, test taking, and math mastery.
Held on nine prominent academic campuses across the U.S. and internationally, students ages eleven through twenty-four master ‘learning to learn’ skills through the Quantum Learning methodology. Because various age groups have different needs, SuperCamp offers programs that are tailored for specific ages and grades.
Students going into grades 6 through 8 in the fall attend Junior Forum, the program that focuses on making the transition from elementary school to middle school easier and less stressful. Junior Forum prepares students for more classes, more homework, and more responsibilities by giving them the skills they need to tackle new situations.
Senior Forum, the 10-day teen summer camp for students entering grades 9 through 12, focuses on self-discovery, independence, and powerful skills for both academic and personal success. The academic skills they learn ease school stress, help raise grades, and increase test scores including standardized test such as the SAT and ACT.
Finally, the Quantum U college summer camp is for high school graduates and college students to better prepare them for the challenges that come with college life. Some of the areas that are focused on include effective communication, smart decision-making, time management, and financial responsibility.
SuperCamp’s programs and sessions are held throughout the summer. For more information, visit the SuperCamp website or call 800-285-3276.
