Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. As of December 31, 2006, the Company had approximately 233,689 local access lines, 52,732 high-speed Internet subscribers and 6,954 Internet Protocol digital television subscribers. It has two business segments: Telephone Operations and Other Operations.
